My work is informed by a sound understanding of basic psychological processes, over thirty years clinical experience in New York State, NHS, and private facilities, and a deep belief in people’s capacity to heal.
People’s problems don’t always neatly fit into one of the diagnostic categories where treatments have been well-researched. As a Clinical Psychologist, I specialize in developing integrative and coherent formulation-based treatments for clients’ difficulties incorporating techniques from different therapeutic models.

I am a trained, qualified, experienced, private Clinical Psychologist, offering people high quality therapy for Mental Health issues
I have extensive experience, as well as offering private, non-NHS, online and in person therapy

She has been accredited by various professional bodies including: she is an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) therapist, supervisor and trainer; BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). She has been accredited by the Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Association. The logos above demonstrate her membership of those organisations and that she has met their criteria to have been accredited by them. She was also a CQC Specialist Advisor from 2014/15 until Jan 2024.
