Positive feedback from a client (early twenties):
“I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully convey how truly grateful I am for Nina. When I first came to her, I was the lowest point of my life, simply existing with my own thoughts was emotionally and physically exhausting.
Working with Nina over the last 7 months has given me the lifelong tools to help me challenge and reframe these thoughts, allowing me to rebuild my confidence and self worth meaning I can live life to the fullest again.
Nina herself was always patient, kind and understanding, I am very privileged to have worked with such a lovely lady. I will always recommend her to anyone in need of support.”
Positive feedback from the above client’s mother:
“Dear Nina,
I honestly can’t thank you enough for the work you did with my daughter.
During those early sessions, you were so patient and kind with both of us. You gave me the support I needed to be able to help my daughter, whilst you reassured and guided her through her sessions. As she progressed to private sessions it was comforting to know that she was in wonderful hands.
I know it’s clichéd but thank you for giving us our daughter back. To watch her grow in confidence and build friendships has been nothing short of life changing. She has taken steps that we never would have imagined when we first contacted you. And although she still has “wobbles”, you have given her the skills to deal with them before they take over her every thought.
I often sing your praises and happily recommend you to anyone needing support with their mental health.”
